Last monday when we went to snohomish which jon says was simply just a nice thing he wanted to do me, we found the ring! But i had noooo idea.

He had brought me over to it and apparently he thought in his head that that ring was just ... me...you know? So he brought me over to it and told me to try it on but it was too big. And he told me that vintage rings couldnt be resized and i didnt think he would buy it cause i didnt think we could afford it, and i didnt think he would propose until i got a job. So we continued to walk around the antique stores and when we got to the other end of the town from the store with the ring. He told me he got sick cause of the pie a la mode he had and was going to go use the restroom and that i could just keep wandering around the store. And he wasnt sick at all! and he knew the ring could be resized and he said to me later that when he saw me put it on that he knew it was the ring and ran over to the store as fast as he could and bought it! Told the lady he had to have it for his amazing girlfriend and bought it right there while i was down the street!!

anyways i was suspicious of his behavior but not really especially since he said he wanted to go look at more rings to get an idea the following monday.. so i figured he was getting an idea and that i might happen by the end or the year or something.

Then he called his family and my family and let them know. and he called my dad and asked for his blessing which was important to me.
and he was so sneaky about everything, including getting me to take all the pictures off of our camera for the event haha.

Then yesterday we went to his parents where all of his family and people were there (roughly 30 people) for the 4th of july and it was an awesome party..and i was talking to his mum about the ring i saw and how i loved it and she said it was so hard not to say anything XD haha and towards the evening his mum had everyone come sit in the backyard area and face the patio and then had jon and i ontop of the patio saying she had an announcement and then she left and jon got on one knee and pulled out my perfect ring and asked me to marry him!
He told me he had a speach he wanted to tell me but once he got up there all he could get out was "will you marry me" which is perfectly fine with me! He told me the speach after i stopped shaking and had calmed down and showed everyone the ring haha. The speach he had in mind was super sweet and from the heart and its that he feels that way that counts to me I couldnt be with a better man, he is my world, he is my life, i love him and he makes me so happy.

I of course cried and was shaky the whole evening and called my family and hugged his parents and called his mum mum, and his pop,pop and his dad told me he was so happy to have me officially in the family. Im really close with his family and jon mine so its really nice
